Carly Ghiringhelli, BS, RACR has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Carly currently serves as a Senior Recruiter at MarinHealth Medical Center since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Adventist Health from September 2013 to February 2022, holding various roles including Manager of Physician Relations & Experience, Physician Liaison, Senior Recruiter, and Client Services Manager. Carly also worked as a Project Manager at eWinery Solutions from October 2010 to September 2013, and as a Wine Club and Tasting Room Coordinator at Diageo Chateau and Estate Wine Group from August 2006 to May 2010.

Carly Ghiringhelli, BS, RACR completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government from Sonoma State University, attending from 2004 to 2006.
