Jennifer Schaab

Jennifer Schaab is an innovative health care leader passionate about advancing patient-centric care. With more than 20 years of progressive leadership experience, she brings proven performance in network development and growth, mergers and acquisitions, integration, strategic planning, operations, financial performance improvement, and developing high-caliber physician networks. In her role as President, Jennifer is accountable for a wide range of initiatives, including strategic growth, operations, financial performance, quality, and technology implementation.

Her experience prepares her well for this role. She served as GVP, Enterprise Strategy, at SCA/Optum Health. Prior to her work with Optum, Jennifer served as Chief Operations Officer for the Physician Enterprise at Providence Health and Dignity Health, with responsibility for their medical networks, IPAs, and all Ambulatory services. She also has experience with large university settings and private technology firms. She has successfully led clinic growth strategies, improved physician and patient engagement, launched clinical improvement programs, developed employee retention and physician burnout initiatives, and launched new technology initiatives that drove new growth, improved patient satisfaction, and improved quality of care.

Jennifer holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Southern California, a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of California, Los Angeles.
