Kent Liu has over 18 years of work experience in the IT field. Kent started their career as a Tech Support at NewSoft America Inc., where they troubleshooted and resolved customer issues. Kent then moved on to AA Networks as an IT Support Specialist, providing networking solutions and IT services to small and mid-size companies. During this time, they also gained experience in configuring backup software and performing system backups. Kent then joined Williams-Sonoma, Inc., where they held multiple roles. As a Workstation Engineering Support, they prioritized and responded to Helpdesk requests and imaged or reimaged computers using SCCM. In their subsequent role as a Senior Systems Engineer, Kent maintained client hardware standards, designed and implemented SCCM infrastructure, and participated in the deployment and administration of Office 365. Currently, Kent works as a Platform Engineer at MarinHealth Medical Center.
