Mary Hard

Mary Hard has over 30 years of work experience, primarily in the healthcare industry. Mary started their career at Starcare Intl., Inc where they held the role of Manager from 1989 to 1999. In 1999, they joined MarinHealth Medical Center and served as a Senior Decision Support Analyst until 2010. Mary then took on the role of Manager, Budget & Reporting from 2010 to 2012. From 2012 to 2018, they were the Director of System Budgeting & Reporting. Following that, they served as the Director of Value Transformation from 2018 to 2019. Currently, Mary is back as the Director of System Budgeting & Reporting at MarinHealth Medical Center since December 2019.

Mary Hard attended Carondelet High School from 1981 to 1985. Mary did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study during their time there. In addition to their high school education, Mary also received certifications in the following courses: "Storytelling with Data" from LinkedIn in February 2019, "Lean Six Sigma Foundations" from LinkedIn in December 2018, and "SharePoint Online Essential Training" from LinkedIn in November 2018.
