Crysta Hailes

Crysta Hailes currently serves as Vice President of Marketing at Marino\WARE since April 2023. Previously, Crysta held the position of Sr. Director of Marketing & Portfolio Management for Roofing and Stone at Westlake Royal Building Products from January 2020 to April 2023, where efforts included revitalizing demand and driving product penetration through refined brand positioning and modern digital experiences. Additionally, Crysta has extensive experience in corporate communications, marketing strategy, and brand management, having worked at Boral North America, Meridian® Brick, and other firms since 2007. Crysta's earlier roles include Director of Marketing, Brand Manager, and Marketing Coordinator, all contributing to a comprehensive understanding of integrated marketing approaches. Crysta earned a Bachelor of Arts in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business.
