Juan Nieves

Juan Nieves has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Juan is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at Marino\WARE, a position they started in April 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Plant Manager at Signode from November 2016 to April 2022, where they managed all aspects of plant operations for a large facility.

Before that, Juan served as a Plant Manager at Resco Products, Inc. from November 2014 to November 2016. Juan also held the position of Operations Manager/Plant Manager at CBSL Transportation Services from January 2013 to March 2014, where they directed operational activities and managed the transportation of hazardous and nonhazardous chemicals.

In addition, Juan has experience as a Plant Manager/Multi-Site Operations Manager at Carmeuse North America, where they oversaw daily operations, budget oversight, and regulatory compliance from an unspecified start date to 2012.

Before transitioning to the private sector, Juan worked as a Manufacturing/Management Consultant at Sphere Consulting from 2004 to 2008.
