Marc Bellisario

Marc Bellisario has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Their most recent role is as the Head of R&D Program Management at Marinus Pharma, which they began in January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Takeda as a Program Management Leader in the Pharmaceutical Sciences division and later as the Head of Device Program Management from 2019 to 2021. From 2015 to 2019, Marc was a Device Program Lead at Shire. Before that, they served as a Program Director for Quality & Regulatory Transformation at Philips Healthcare in 2014 and as a Senior Project Manager for Global R&D Portfolio, Project Management & Finance at Allergan from 2012 to 2014. Marc also held significant roles at Covidien, Cabot Corporation, Eastman Kodak, and Boston Scientific earlier in their career. At Covidien, they were a Senior R&D Program Manager and an R&D Group Leader from 2006 to 2012. Marc's experience further includes roles as a Customer Focus Engineer at Cabot Corporation, a Senior R&D Engineer at Eastman Kodak, and an R&D Engineer at Boston Scientific.

Marc Bellisario obtained their MBA in Business Administration and Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst from 2008 to 2010. Marc also holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University, which they completed from 1991 to 1996. In addition to their degrees, Marc Bellisario has obtained several certifications including a Six Sigma DFSS Black Belt from Covidien in 2010, a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2008, and a Six Sigma DMAIC Black Belt from Eastman Kodak in 2003.
