Erika Bower

Erika Bower has over two decades of experience in education, currently serving as Principal at Marion City School District since July 2014. Prior to this role, Erika held teaching positions at Marion City Schools from February 2005 to July 2014 and at Elgin Local Schools from August 1996 to July 2001. Erika's academic background includes a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Educational Leadership and Administration from Concordia University Chicago, earned between 2012 and 2015, a Master’s degree in the Art of Teaching from Marygrove College, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and English from Miami University, completed in 1995.
