Olympia Della Flora

Olympia Della Flora M.Ed. currently serves as Superintendent at Marion City Schools since July 2022 and previously held the position of Assistant Superintendent within the same district. Olympia also contributes to Conservation Nation as a member of the Advisory Council since September 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Superintendent at Stamford Public Schools from June 2018 to July 2022, focusing on school development and family engagement. Olympia has extensive experience as a Principal and Instructional Leader at Columbus City Schools, along with various roles such as Assistant Principal and Leadership Intern. Recognized as an ASCD Emerging Leader from 2014 to 2016, Olympia has presented at national conferences and facilitated professional development for teachers. Education credentials include ongoing doctoral studies in Leadership for Organizations, National Board Certification, and multiple degrees from The Ohio State University, including a Master of Education in Elementary Education and a Bachelor of Science in Zoology/Animal Biology.
