Roberta Perez (Bobbi)

Roberta "Bobbi" Perez has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Roberta (Bobbi) began their career at Crafts & Stuff in 1997 as a Store Manager, where they oversaw employee recruitment, training, and achieved sales goals. In 2003, they became an Assistant Store Manager at Bed Bath & Beyond, responsible for conducting interviews and implementing productivity systems. Moving on, Perez joined Office Depot in 2006 as a Store Manager, where they focused on increasing profits, training and developing employees, and ensuring legal compliance. In 2013, they served as a Store Manager at Tervis for a year. Lastly, Perez joined the Marion County Board of County Commissioners in 2014, initially as an Administrative Services Coordinator, responsible for various administrative tasks. Roberta (Bobbi) later transitioned into the role of Talent Manager, where they continued to excel. Currently, Bobbi Perez holds the position of Public Relations Director at the Marion County Board of County Commissioners.

Roberta (Bobbi) Perez pursued their education at Santa Fe College, where they completed their Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Fine/Studio Arts, General from 1998 to 2001. Later on, in the years 2013 to 2016, they continued their educational journey at the same college and obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Human Resource Management/ Organizational Management.
