Abigail McInturff

Abigail McInturff has extensive experience in food safety and environmental health, currently serving as an Environmental Health Specialist for Food & Consumer Safety at Marion County Health Department since June 2017, where responsibilities include conducting retail food inspections. Previously, Abigail completed an internship at Steuben County Health Department, engaging in food inspections and various health-related training. Additionally, Abigail worked as a Bakery Clerk at Walmart, specializing in cake decoration. Abigail's academic background includes a Master of Science in Food Safety from the University of Arkansas, a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Trine University, and two Associate's degrees in General Studies and Baking and Pastry Arts from Ivy Tech Community College.
