Marionete
Adrian Gumbley is the CEO and Co-Founder of Marionete. Adrian has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, having worked in various leadership roles in technology and operations.
Adrian started their career at The De Beers Group of Companies, where they held various roles in sales, shipping, and technology. Adrian then joined ABN AMRO as the Derivatives Technology Lead. In this role, they were responsible for the bank's derivatives trading technology platforms.
After a few years at ABN AMRO, Adrian joined JP Morgan Worldwide Security Services as a consultant. Adrian then moved to Rabobank, where they worked as a consultant for six years. In 2008, they joined J.P. Morgan as Prime Brokerage & Financing Technology. Adrian stayed at J.P. Morgan for five years before moving to Barclays Investment Bank in 2013.
At Barclays, Adrian was Programme Manager - Treasury Technology. Adrian left Barclays in 2015 to start Marionete with two other co-founders. Marionete is a cloud-based treasury management solution for businesses.
Adrian Gumbley has a degree in Computing and Management Science from the University of Kent.
