Jim Lightsey

Jim Lightsey has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Jim is the Founder & CEO of mariposa.care since 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Financial Officer at UpKeep from 2020 to 2022. From 2017 to 2019, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Leanplum. Jim also held the position of Chief Financial Officer at InsideView, Inc from 2012 to 2017. Jim started their career as the Managing Director at Crimson Marketing from 2007 to 2012. Prior to that, they were the Founder & CEO of emindhealth, Inc. from 2000 to 2007. Jim has also worked as the Director of Corporate Development at Homestore from 1997 to 2000. Jim began their career at Accenture as a Senior Manager from 1993 to 1997 and worked as a Manager at Ernst & Young from 1987 to 1991.

Jim Lightsey obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara from 1983 to 1987. Following that, they pursued further education and completed their MBA at The Wharton School from 1991 to 1993, focusing on Finance & Multinational Management.
