Terry Noriega founded the company in 1977, Terry has guided Mariposa's growth from a small sole proprietorship to a premier full-service landscape firm. Many members of the responsible, dedicated team he leads today have been with him for decades.

Terry continues to be directly involved in the key aspects of the business: client satisfaction, operational efficiency, recruitment and training, quality control, and safety.
