Heather Eason

Heather Eason is the Founder, President, and CEO of SELECT Power Systems. SELECT is an engineering design firm that focuses on grid modernization and renewable energy. She is currently in the process of expanding the company globally. SELECT is founded on the belief that people all have the power to make a difference.

With a BSEE and MBA Heather has both technology and business acumen. Having over two decades of experience she has been recognized with awards such as Women in Business, Top 100 U.S. Business Leader, GRIT Award, and Emerging Leaders. She will bring all of her skills and knowledge to Mariposa Technology’s board of advisors in an effort to revolutionize the hemp industry, promote sustainability, and increase production as well as profits by utilizing digital tools that the farmer can hold in his/her hand. The digital farming tools will utilize cutting edge Artificial Intelligence that will take agricultural technology to the next level.
