Jenny then moved on to MailChimp in 2002 where they became the Chief Financial Officer and helped grow the company from 3 people to over 500 people and $0M to $350M+ in revenue in just 14 years. In 2016, Jenny joined Zapier as their Chief Financial Officer and helped grow the company even further, increasing their employee count to 600 people in 39 states and 38 countries while also maintaining high employee engagement scores. Revenue increased by more than 30x and market capitalization by more than 250x during Jenny's tenure at Zapier. Most recently, Jenny was the Chief Financial Officer at Thrive Causemetics Inc.

Jenny Bloom completed their undergraduate degree at the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business, where they studied accounting. Jenny then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University's J. Mack Robinson College of Business, with a concentration in finance. Jenny is also a Certified Public Accountant.
