Lindsey Sanchez

Lindsey Sanchez, CSP, serves as the Director of Recruiting for Technical Consulting at Maris Consulting Group since March 2019, building strong local market relationships to provide premier talent services in technology. Prior to this role, Lindsey progressed from Talent Sourcer to Recruiting Manager within Maris Consulting Group, which transitioned from the DeWinter Group in May 2019. Previous experience includes Account Manager at Staffmark, where Lindsey implemented effective recruiting strategies, and Recruiter - Respite Services Manager at College Nannies, Sitters and Tutors, overseeing a team of 20+ employees and managing the full recruitment lifecycle. Earlier positions include Research Assistant roles at Santa Clara University and Stanford University, contributing to academic research in psychology. Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Santa Clara University.
