With a background in project management and highway engineering, Kwabena has been involved in overseeing the design, construction supervision, and contract administration of road projects funded by organizations like IDA/World Bank and DANIDA. Kwabena's role has involved coordinating with contractors, ensuring project compliance, and monitoring day-to-day activities on-site. Additionally, Kwabena has a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Finance, further enhancing their expertise in managing construction projects efficiently.

The company has ±250 employees and operates across 8 offices in South Africa, where we are level 1 BBBEE supplier and we also have active projects throughout Sub-Saharan Africa.
