MARISWE
Mduduzi Madiya is an experienced Civil Engineering Technologist with a focus on road design and infrastructure development. Currently employed at MARISWE since August 2022, Mduduzi has worked on upgrading rural gravel roads and rehabilitating national roads. Previously, Mduduzi contributed to SMEC from June 2019 to July 2021 and from February 2013 to January 2015, specializing in geometric design and stormwater systems according to SANRAL and municipal standards. Additionally, Mduduzi served at AECOM from February 2016 to September 2018, continuing to focus on similar design responsibilities. Mduduzi holds a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Durban University of Technology, obtained in July 2021, and a National Diploma in Civil Engineering, acquired in 2014.
