Mark Rice has extensive work experience, starting in 1986 as the President of Maritime Applied Physics Corporation, where they currently hold a role. In 2016, they briefly served as the Chair of Maryland District Export Council.
Mark Rice completed their Bachelor's degree in Physics from the University of Maine, where they studied from 1971 to 1975. Following this, from 1981 to 1986, they pursued course work in Ocean Engineering & Naval Architecture at The George Washington University.
