Alexander Mintz has over 25 years of professional experience in the financial industry. Alexander began their career in 1996 as an Associate Director at Bear Stearns & Co. In 2000, they moved to KBC Financial Products, where they served as Executive Vice President, Global Head of Derivatives Technology. In 2004, they became a Vendor for TAF Co. at Morgan Stanley. The following year, they joined Citadel as a Vendor for TAF Co., where they developed and deployed a custom Equity Option Smart Router. In 2011, they founded Leaf Trading LLC and in 2017 they became a Sr. Developer at Fenix One. In 2018, they joined Maritime Capital, LLC as Chief Technology Officer and Head of Corporate Bond Technology. In 2021, they began working as a Project Manager at Mistico Services LLC.

Alexander Mintz received their Master of Science in Physics from Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University between 1981 and 1987.
