Laurence Lortie is a professional with a strong background in industrial relations and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Conseillère en relations industrielles and Conseillère in Talent Acquisition and Well-Being at the Association des employeurs maritimes since April 2022, Laurence has developed expertise in these fields. Previously, Laurence gained experience as a Stagiaire en relations industrielles at the same organization from January 2022 to April 2023. Academic qualifications include a Baccalauréat in Relations au travail et avec les industriels, along with two university certificates in Criminologie and Law, all from Université de Montréal.
