Clare Harden is an accomplished Senior Intelligence Analyst with extensive experience in intelligence analysis, training, mentoring, and operational strategy. Currently serving at Maritime New Zealand since August 2021 and previously at NZ Police from June 2015 to August 2021, Clare has a strong background in providing analytical products that inform operational priorities, along with a focus on coaching other intelligence professionals. Additional roles include a short secondment at the Ministry for Primary Industries, involvement with the Ministry for the Environment, and various positions at Norfolk Constabulary, including intelligence and management information roles. Clare holds a Bachelor of Science in Equine Studies from Writtle University College and a National Diploma in Horse Studies from Hartpury University and Hartpury College.
