Cphr Susan MacQuarrie

Susan MacQuarrie has over 25 years of work experience in various roles within the human resources field. Susan began their career in 1988 as a Human Resource Representative at MDS Health Group Limited, where they worked until 1992. From 1993 to 1995, they served as a Personnel Officer at Ocean View Manor. In 1995, they joined Maritime Paper Products Limited as a Human Resources Manager and later became the Director of Human Resources in 2003. Throughout their career, Susan has gained extensive knowledge and expertise in managing human resources functions within different organizations.

Susan MacQuarrie, CPHR, completed their education on a chronological basis. Susan obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from UCCB between 1983 and 1987. Later, they pursued further education at Saint Mary's University, where they earned a Human Resource Management Certificate from 1993 to 1995. In 1999, Susan acquired their MBA from Saint Mary's University.

Alongside their academic achievements, Susan MacQuarrie also obtained the CPHR certification from CPHR Nova Scotia in February 1999.
