Christopher Lafser

Christopher Lafser has a diverse work experience starting from 2009. Christopher worked at Centric Group, LLC as a Technical Coordinator, where they designed and developed custom applications and performed data analysis. Later, they became a Business Analyst/Project Manager at Centric Group, LLC, where they developed and maintained custom applications generating substantial annual revenue and managed software releases. In 2012, they joined Energy Systems Group as a Technology Consultant, where they developed cost estimation platforms for new energy projects and process efficiency tools. Since 2014, Christopher has been working at Maritz Motivation, where they have held various roles including Technical Business Analyst, Senior IT Manager, and Director of Application Engineering. In their current role there as Sr IT Engineering Director, they manage IT and solution architecture, oversees hiring and performance reviews of staff, presents to clients, and manages multi-million dollar budgets.

Christopher Lafser has a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Lindenwood University. Christopher also holds an Associate's Degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Ranken Technical College. In addition to their degrees, Christopher Lafser has obtained certifications as a SAFe® 4 Certified Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in April 2018, and as a Certified ScrumMaster® from Scrum Alliance in January 2015.
