Joann Oster

JoAnn Oster has been with Maritz Motivation Solutions since March 2008. Their current role as Operational Data Manager I focuses on financial and consumer loyalty. From April 2020 to the present, JoAnn took on additional responsibilities during the pandemic due to a furloughed employee, engaging in the role of CSM. Prior to this, JoAnn also worked as an Operations Associate II, assisting in client program launches and ensuring PCI compliance. At AMS from January 1998 to August 2000, JoAnn worked as a System Support Analyst and provided frontline helpdesk support for Agency Automation Software.
