Erica Debarr

Erica DeBarr, CMP, CIS, currently serves as a Travel Account Manager at Maritz since July 2024, following a tenure as Senior Employee Events Manager at Goodway Group from March 2022 to July 2024. Previous experience includes roles as Hospital Manager at Clark Animal Hospital, Senior Meeting Event Manager, and Meeting Event Manager at Maritz Travel, where extensive responsibilities involved planning and executing large-scale domestic and international events. Erica also held the position of Past President for the Midwest Chapter of SITE, focusing on the incentive industry. Prior to these roles, Erica worked as Senior Program & Meetings Manager at CenturyLink and Senior Travel Director at Maritz Travel, managing complex corporate events and client loyalty programs. Erica holds an MBA from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Washburn University.
