Mike O'Leary

Mike O'Leary has extensive experience in performance improvement and management consulting, with a career spanning over 35 years. Currently serving as an Account Director at Maritz Canada Inc. since September 1995, O'Leary specializes in marketing and performance improvement services, including rewards and recognition, travel incentives, learning development, and research. Prior to this role, O'Leary worked as an Account Manager at Blessing White Inc. and The Forum Corporation, both focused on training and development, and held a sales and sales management position at Abbott Laboratories. O'Leary holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western University and is a graduate of St. Peter's High School in Peterborough, Ontario, Canada.
