Elias Zuniga

Elias Zuniga currently serves as the Vice President of Engineering and Operational Technology at Mark Anthony Brewing Inc., a position held since March 2024, with previous roles including Interim Vice-President of Engineering & Operational Technology and Director of Engineering and Maintenance. Prior to this, Elias was the General Manager at GPP Enterprises from April 2022 to March 2024 and held various managerial positions at Constellation Brands from February 2015 to April 2022, including General Manager and Director of Engineering & Maintenance. At E. & J. Gallo Winery, Elias worked as Engineering and Maintenance Manager from September 2007 to February 2015, following earlier roles at Guardian Industries that spanned from January 1999 to September 2007, encompassing Production Manager, Engineering Manager, and Maintenance Manager. Elias Zuniga earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo between 1988 and 1994.
