Gaspare M. Bonventre, MBA, serves as the Director of Engineering and Operational Technology at Mark Anthony Brewing Inc. since December 2022. Prior to this role, Gaspare accumulated over 22 years of experience at Anheuser-Busch, holding various positions including Senior Operations Manager, Senior Resident Engineer, and Director of Quality MCC and Longhorn Glass, among others. Throughout this extensive career, Gaspare has demonstrated expertise in managing manufacturing lines, quality assurance, and operational efficiency, alongside significant leadership responsibilities in engineering, maintenance, and logistics. Gaspare holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida and an MBA from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
