Chris Barker

Chris Barker is the Executive Director for the Midlands region based in the central Birmingham office. He brings over 17 years of experience providing strategic direction to identifying project requirements, with significant national experience in residential, commercial, corporate, science, and technology. Chris has been responsible for the successful delivery of many high-profile and high-value developments. He is an effective communicator and drives value through a collaborative and coordinated approach to the benefit of his projects and clients.

Chris is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and received a Master of Science in Construction Project Management from the University of Wolverhampton and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the University of Leicester.
