He has expertise in both strategic and technical roles, and has the unique ability to help clients manage risk and navigate complex stakeholder dynamics to achieve project objectives. David has helped put billions of dollars of work in place and his experience spans federal, cultural, civic, and education sectors.
David has a LEEP AP certification, is a certified Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP), and has been published numerous times about trends in the construction industry. He received a Master in Business Administration from Baruch College and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Reichman University.
