Kerry Ann Ralston

Kerry Ann Ralston is an Associate Director in the Glasgow office with over 18 years of cost management experience working within the construction industry and has delivered a wide array of public sector and local authority projects during that time. She has been responsible for the successful delivery of numerous social housing projects, from inception through to completion. Kerry’s expertise includes feasibility studies, cost plans, lifecycle costing, cost management, value engineering, valuations, and cost reporting.

Kerry is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Economics and Management from Technological University Dublin and a Certificate in Building Information Modeling, Project Management, through RICS.
