Lloyd Evans

Lloyd Evans is an Associate Director in the Brighton office delivering project management and cost management services on complex schemes. He is experienced in multi-contract projects where a forward thinking and construction management focus is required to achieve optimum outcomes. Lloyd is responsible for his team’s cost and contract administration services throughout the complete timeline of a project. Lloyd also leads the UK Benchmarking and Viability Team who are responsible for ensuring MGAC holds accurate, internal, real life construction cost data.

Lloyd is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), and holds a Bachelor and Master of Science in Quantity Surveying from the University of Portsmouth where he was awarded as the best performing student.
