Melani King, Director of Talent, leads recruitment and talent acquisition across the UK. An industry leader with more than 20 years of experience, Melani is responsible for the development and implementation of the talent acquisition and retention strategy to achieve the most appropriate sourcing, evaluation, and selection of highly qualified and diverse talent. As part of the Leadership Team, she works closely with MGAC executives to guarantee the company is attracting and retaining the industry’s most talented experts, ensuring she continue to offer best-in-class service to the clients.

Melani received a Bachelor of English Language and Literature from The University of East Anglia and is an active mentor in the Mentoring Circle, a coaching and mentoring programme that connects female professionals in the real estate industry.
