Ted Silence, Vice President, is a seasoned Senior Project Manager based in the Seattle office with over 30 years of proven experience overseeing all phases of multi-million-dollar office and residential towers, mission critical facilities, hotels, call centers and infrastructure projects. He has a proven history of finishing projects on-time and on-budget and is skilled at hiring and coordinating architects, engineers, consultants, construction managers, and general contractors to bring complex projects to fruition.
Ted is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council and the Project Management Institute. He received an Executive Master of Business Administration with an emphasis on International Business from the University of Tampa and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
