Uzair Faruqui, Vice President, is based in the Los Angeles office and specializes in managing the design and construction process for both ground-up and major renovation projects. In addition to focusing on single projects, Uzair has managed teams on various programs that include work for Fortune 100 clients. He works with clients throughout all project phases including business case development, real estate selection and due diligence, design, construction, FF&E management, move-in, and close-out to ensure successful delivery of the project within budget, schedule, and quality requirements.
Uzair received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Construction from the University of Southern California Viterbi School of Engineering. He is a registered Engineer in Training in California by the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying.
