Nicholas Loverde

Nicholas Loverde is an experienced electrical professional with a diverse background in construction and project management. Currently serving as an Electrical Estimator at Mark III Construction, Inc. since July 2017, Nicholas applies expertise in cost estimation and project execution. Concurrently, Nicholas has held the position of Electrical Foreman at Rex Moore Electric since May 2005, overseeing the construction, installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, while also managing a team of power linesmen and electricians. Additionally, Nicholas has experience as a Project Engineer, focusing on planning, designing, budget estimation, and resource allocation. Nicholas earned a Certificate in Construction Management from Consumnes River College between 2016 and 2018.
