Crystal Carter

Crystal Carter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in patient care and insurance benefits management. Currently serving as the Benefits Account Manager at Mark III Employee Benefits since September 2023, Crystal previously held the position of Licensed Insurance Agent at Price & Ramey Insurance from October 2021 to September 2023. In addition, Crystal worked as a Patient Care Coordinator at Holston Medical Group from 2019 to September 2023, managing patient transitions from hospital and ER care. Crystal's earlier experience includes roles as a CV Scheduler at Ballad Health in early 2018 and Store Manager at The Children's Place from June 2010 to June 2017. Crystal attended Lighthouse Christian School from 1998 to 2001.
