Jackson Grout

Jackson Grout has a diverse work experience, starting with their role at Mark IV Capital as the Vice President of Asset Management for Northern Nevada since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at the same company, where they managed leasing and budgets for a large property portfolio in Las Vegas from June 2020 to August 2022. Before that, they were a Financial Analyst at Mark IV Capital, supporting the President of Real Estate in managing a diverse real estate portfolio from July 2017 to June 2020.

In addition to their experience at Mark IV Capital, Jackson had a role as a Financial Analyst Intern in the Real Estate department at Rabobank from 2016 to 2017. Jackson also worked as an Uber Representative from October 2015 to November 2016, and as a Sales Associate at SMS Masterminds from March 2015 to June 2015.

Jackson Grout started their career as a Financial Analyst Intern at Lyons Magnus, where they provided financial analysis and contributed to the company's audit process from June 2015 to September 2015. Jackson also gained relevant skills and knowledge during their time as a Business Administration student with a focus on Finance at California Polytechnic State University from 2013 to 2017.

Jackson Grout attended Buchanan High School from 2009 to 2013. After finishing high school, they enrolled in California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration from 2013 to 2017. During their time at university, they achieved Level 1 of the CFA Exams, which was awarded by the CFA Institute in January 2017.
