Jake Taylor has a diverse and extensive work experience in various industries. Jake is currently employed as the Managing Director Multifamily Investments at Mark-Taylor, Inc. since October 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Partner at Taylor Fitzpatrick Capital from January 2013 to January 2022, where they focused on real estate investments and private equity management in student housing, senior housing, and conventional multi-family sectors. Before that, they worked as a Partner at H3T Capital from 2009 to 2012, specializing in real estate private equity funds and investment strategies. Jake also has experience in the telecommunications industry, having co-founded Transcend Broadband in 2004 and serving as the President and General Manager for its Arizona operations until 2008. Furthermore, they worked as a Partner at Rampart Associates from 1996 to 2003, concentrating on investment brokerage, banking, and M&A transactions in the internet infrastructure sector.
Jake Taylor attended Colorado State University from 1991 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Their major was in Finance & Real Estate.
