Shelby Baugh

Shelby Baugh is currently a Senior Concierge at Mark-Taylor, Inc. where they pioneer the development of centralized leasing procedures for luxury apartment communities. Prior to this role, Shelby held various positions in leasing and customer service, showcasing their expertise in resident relations and lease negotiations. They have also worked in the field of behavioral therapy, assisting children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Shelby holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Grand Canyon University and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Psychology from Arizona State University.
