Ed Noriega

Ed Noriega is currently the Transportation Division Manager at Mark Thomas, where they have been for the past 22 years and 6 months. In this role, they are responsible for strategic planning, marketing, business development, and managing major projects throughout the Central Valley related to local municipal public works and regional transportation improvements. Ed has also played a key role in the strategic implementation of business development initiatives, including business plan execution and sales strategy for core and growth markets within California's Central Valley.

Prior to their current role, Ed Noriega worked as a Project Engineer at Ulrich-Chang and Associates for 5 years and 4 months. In this role, they were a group leader in the preparation of PS&E packages for roadway widening, pavement overlay, and bridge replacement projects. Theirresponsibilities included plan preparation, cost estimating, hydraulic modeling, and surveying.

Ed Noriega attended the University of Toledo from 1991 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
