Mark Wintzer Company was founded by lifelong friends Mark Thimm and David Wintzer, rooted in Park City and backed by over 20 years of combined experience in construction and engineering.

We build exceptional homes with discipline, transparency, and respect for the investment behind every project.

Building a home is both a financial and emotional commitment. Our role is to protect both. From planning to final delivery, we operate with clear systems, strong communication, and hands-on leadership.

Our 4 Signature Guarantees define how we work. They guide our scheduling, budgeting, and client experience to ensure every project is structured, seamless, and aligned with expectations.

We are proud to serve the Park City community with craftsmanship, accountability, and relationships that last long after the build is complete.

At Mark Wintzer Company, the standard is simple: over-communicate, provide exceptional customer service, and show up for our clients every time.
