Garrett Thompson

Garrett Thompson is a seasoned Data Migration Engineer Manager currently leading the Data Migration Team at Mark, with a focus on ETL development for customer data migrations since October 2018. Previously, as Data Migration Engineer II at Mark43, Garrett oversaw data migration processes for new clients, ensuring accurate and clean data transfer from legacy systems. Prior experience includes working at Blizzard Entertainment, where Garrett served as Data Engineer and Associate Data Engineer, responsible for extracting financial data for monthly reporting. Before that, Garrett worked as a Data Engineer at Fast Enterprises, facilitating data migrations for state tax agencies, and started as a Systems Assistant at UC Davis, contributing to application testing and development. Garrett holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
