Nitin Dixit has over 20 years of experience in the financial services and customer experience sectors. Currently serving as Head Of Business and Finance at MarkAI Group of Companies since January 2021, Nitin previously held significant roles at Mashreq Bank as AVP Employee Banking and at First Abu Dhabi Bank as Area Head for Dubai and Northern Emirates. Notably, at Dubai First P.J.S.C., Nitin served as Head of Sales for Cards & Loans, managing a large sales team and achieving substantial results in new customer acquisition and loan disbursement. Additional experience includes leading customer service and digital transformation initiatives at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank and playing a key role in product management at Dell and CLI3L eservices Ltd. Nitin holds an MBA in Marketing and a PG Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership.
