Stephanie Creekmore

Stephanie Creekmore is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in internal communications, employee engagement, and strategic communications. Currently serving as Director of Internal Communications at Markel since January 2018, Stephanie has progressed through various roles, including Associate Director and Manager of Employee Communications. Prior experience includes managerial positions at WestRock Company and MeadWestvaco, where notable achievements include designing a company-wide communications campaign and managing employee engagement initiatives. Stephanie began their career providing administrative support in human resources and corporate environments, leveraging skills developed from roles at Altria, Philip Morris USA, and Crowne Plaza Richmond. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Lees-McRae College.
