Beate Dantele, LL.M. has significant experience in the insurance industry, particularly in claims management. Beate currently serves as the Head of Claims DACH at Markel Insurance SE since July 2021. Prior to their current role, they worked at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS) as the Team Lead for Complex Liability Claims CEE from July 2019 to June 2021. From June 2014 to September 2019, they held the position of Head of Claims Germany at Markel International / Markel Insurance SE.

Beate Dantele, LL.M. has a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Insurance Law from Nürtingen-Geislingen University (HfWU). Additionally, they have attended the University of Augsburg for an undisclosed degree.
