Jonathan Attey

Jonathan Attey, PhD ASA, serves as an Actuarial Pricing Analyst at Markel Nederland since June 2022. Previously, Jonathan worked as an Actuarial Finance Consultant at NN from July 2019 to June 2022, and as a Data Scientist at eBay from December 2017 to June 2019. Jonathan's academic career includes a role as a Lecturer at Leiden University from October 2014 to September 2017, and a PhD student at Erasmus School of Economics from September 2010 to December 2016, where research focused on Monetary Economics and Macroeconomics. Other positions include a Teaching Assistant at Tinbergen Institute, a Research Assistant at Amsterdam Institute for International Development, and an Administrative Assistant at Erasmus School of Economics. Jonathan received an MPhil in Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a B.Sc. in Administration (Accounting) from University of Ghana Business School.
