Cassie Valle

Cassie Valle is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Director of People Operations & Talent Acquisition at Marker Learning since February 2024. Previously, Cassie held the role of Senior Director, People & Talent at SimplyInsured, where leadership led to the successful hiring of 70 employees within a year. As a founding member of the Talent Acquisition function at Spring Health, Cassie built the recruitment engine from inception, emphasizing organizational design and standardized processes. Cassie's experience also includes roles at CB Insights, Goldman Sachs, and Patriarch Partners, focusing on full cycle recruiting and diversity initiatives. Academically, Cassie holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
